Your account

• One account per person. Accounts are personal and must not be shared or transferred.
• Register with your own CNIC, email address and mobile number, and keep them accurate.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect it has been accessed by someone else.

Applications

• Eligibility for any post is set by the advertising organization. STS conducts the assessment; it does not decide who is finally appointed.
• All information you provide must be true and complete. Incorrect or misleading information can result in cancellation of your candidature at any stage, including after selection.
• Saving a section keeps an application as a draft. Only submitted applications are forwarded for assessment.
• Submitted applications are locked and cannot be edited, so review every section before you submit.
• Applications received after the closing date, or without a confirmed fee payment, are not processed.

Fees and payment

• The application fee for each post is shown on the post and on the challan.
• Payment must be made against the PSID issued for that application, before the challan expires.
• Upload the stamped slip so the payment can be verified. Applications remain unverified until this is done.
• Service charges applied by the payment channel are shown separately on the challan.

Test conduct

• Bring your roll number slip and original CNIC to the test centre. Entry may be refused without them.
• Centre allotment is subject to availability. Once slips are issued, centres cannot be changed.
• Unfair means, impersonation, or possession of prohibited items leads to disqualification and may be reported to the advertising organization and to law enforcement.

Results

• Results are published on this portal for the applications you submitted.
• Rechecking requests are accepted only within the window announced with the result.
• Final merit and appointment decisions rest with the advertising organization.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the portal or its data.
• Do not upload malicious files, or content you have no right to submit.
• Do not scrape, resell or republish portal content without written permission.

Availability

We aim to keep the portal available at all times, but access may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Deadlines are not extended automatically because of a short interruption; apply well before the closing date rather than on the final day.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as services change. The date shown above indicates the current version, and continuing to use the portal means you accept the updated terms.
